Thank you for choosing Nostalgic Games and Hobbies LLC for your custom 3D printing needs. We appreciate the opportunity to help bring your ideas to life. Please review the following terms before placing an order.

1. Services Provided

We provide custom 3D printing based on files, designs, or specifications you supply.

Our process includes:

  • Reviewing files for compatibility and potential errors

  • Communicating with you to confirm details and pricing

  • Printing using standard Elegoo photopolymer resin or Abs-Pro 3.0 Resin for prints that need extra durability.

  • Basic post-processing (cleaning and light sanding)

  • Optional assembly (gluing parts upon request)

  • Packaging for safe pickup or shipping

  • A quote will always be provided before printing begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete STL files and instructions

  • Confirm all measurements and specifications before printing

  • Ensure you have the rights or permission to use any provided designs

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete files. However, we will do our best to help troubleshoot and find solutions if problems arise.

3. Materials & Quality

We use high-quality resin printers (Elegoo Saturn series), but 3D printing is not perfect.

Please note:

  • Minor imperfections, layer lines, or slight size variations may occur

  • We will make reasonable efforts to fix issues that affect quality

  • Prints are made using standard photopolymer resin or Abs-Pro 3.0 (Space Grey)

  • 3D printed items are not the same as mass-produced products

  • Resin prints are best for display, tabletop gaming, or low-stress use

  • They may not be suitable for heavy use (e.g., dice, LARP gear)

  • All items are provided “as is” unless otherwise agreed in writing​

4. Pricing & Payment

General Pricing Guidelines

  • Small (25–32mm): $3-4 per model

  • Small–Medium (40–50mm): $5-9 per model

  • Medium-Large (60-80mm): $10-19 per model

  • Large (90–120mm): $20-50 per model

  • Extra Large: $75+ per model

Additional:​

  • Free protective packaging is provided for your prints

  • Please note that the above are estimates based on model or print size, and final pricing will ALWAYS be confirmed with you before printing.

Payment Terms

  • Minimum 25% deposit required before work begins

  • Full payment required upfront for shipped orders

  • No work begins until payment is received

  • If financial concerns arise, we encourage open communication—we’ll do our best to work with you.

Order Changes

  • Changes after printing has started may incur additional costs

  • We will always communicate and receive confirmation from you before changing print specifications or added charges (such as customer order change) before proceeding

5. Revisions & Reprints

If a print fails due to our process or equipment:

  • We will offer a free reprint or refund

Free reprints do not apply to:

  • Design flaws in provided files

  • File modifications made by the client (scaling, supports, etc.)

  • Changes requested after printing begins

  • Normal limitations (minor warping, fragile parts, tiny detail loss)

6. Turnaround Time

  • Typical turnaround: 48–72 hours after payment

  • Delays may occur due to:

    • Print failures

    • Material shortages

    • Equipment issues

If delays happen, we will notify you using your provided contact information.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your original designs

  • We may keep files for record-keeping unless you request otherwise

  • We may photograph completed prints for portfolio/marketing unless you opt out in writing

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for how printed items are used

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders canceled after printing begins are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion

If there is an issue:

  1. We will communicate openly to understand the problem

  2. Complaints must be submitted within 30 days

  3. If a product is defective or incorrect, we will offer:

    • A free reprint, or

    • A refund

Please allow 48–72 hours for replacements or refunds (PayPal, Venmo, or cash).
