Refund Policy

At Nostalgic Games and Hobbies, your satisfaction in our products and services is our utmost goal. If we receive a complaint on one of our orders, we will follow these steps to ensure both parties are treated fairly and empathetically.

​All refunds and returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase and  accompanied by a receipt. Please remember that in the case of custom 3d print orders canceled after printing has started are non-refundable, and used items are non refundable. Refunds, if applicable, are at Nostalgic Games and Hobbies discretion.

​Custom 3d Print Refund/Return Policy

​

• Open and empathetic communication between the Client and Nostalgic Games and Hobbies regarding the nature of the complaint.

• If a product is damaged beyond repair or incorrectly printed, Nostalgic Games and Hobbies will offer the customer a free reprint or refund for the product. We do not cover replacements for products damaged in shipping. We will however take the tame to properly package your new print to provide safe shipping.

• If a replacement is deemed necessary, please allow 48-72 for a replacement part or a refund via Paypal, Venmo, or cash.

• Item must be unused and still in original packaging within 14 days of purchase and receipt present.

• ​Refunds will be issued based on payment method, or as store credit if the customer prefers.
